Charles Russell Carlisle III, 67, passed away Monday, September 15, 2014. Memorial: 11:30 AM Saturday September 20, 2014, at La Hacienda in Eastland, 3800 E I-20 South Access RD, Eastland, TX. In lieu of flowers and to honor Charles, donations to the American Cancer Society are suggested. Survivors: His children Charles, Carrie, and Codie; stepson Sherwood, stepdaughters Shawn and Shannon; 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; Sisters Linda "Scarlet," Nelda, Pam, Daretia, and Camille; His very close friend Mary Lou.
