Darryl Ray Fullerton

Darryl Ray Fullerton was born on August 23, 1948 at Portales, NM to Ray & Annell Whitaker Fullerton. After High School, he served in the Army during the Viet Nam War. Afterwards he married and raised a family living in California and New Mexico before moving to Eastland County in 1998. Here he worked as a farmer and truck driver.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his mother-in-law, Rosemary Watkins; sons, Darryl R Fullerton Jr. of Arlington TX, James Watkins of Hampton VA, and Sammy and Billy Berel of Carbon; brother, Jay and Sharon Fullerton of Tennessee; two sisters; Ranelle and husband Mike of Clovis NM and Cheryle Goodwin of Rodgers NM; 18 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday July 23 with a visitation from 10 to 11 at the Edwards Funeral Home with a 1130 Grave Side Service at Eastland City Cemetery with Jody Forbus officiating.
