Francis Anne Malloy, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, joyfully transitioned to her eternal home on December 28, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on January 7, 1957, in Rock Springs, Wyoming, Francis spent her entire life in the Eastland community, where she touched the hearts of many.
A devoted member of Kingdom Builders Fellowship, Francis dedicated 15 years of her life to her work at Red Star Cafe, where her warm smile and caring nature made her a cherished presence. Known for her simple yet rich life, she radiated love, particularly for her family. Francis was immensely proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom were her greatest treasures. Her love for her family was profound and unmistakable.
Francis enjoyed puzzles and had a deep appreciation for nature, often found sitting outside, watching the deer that frequented her yard. Her spirit was uplifted by her strong relationship with the Lord and the praise music she cherished. She held a special bond with her church family. Who provided comfort and fellowship.
Francis is survived by her loving daughter, Vicki Jacoby and husband Bobby of Eastland; her son, Ricky Malloy of Eastland; her grandchildren, Chase Fox, Steven Hooper, Billy Rucker, Brayden Malloy, Brooklyn Malloy, Nathan Jacoby, and Eli Jacoby; a sister, Robin Beaver of Eastland; two nieces, Allison Burrola and Harley Neal; and many great-grandchildren who will carry her legacy forward.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Betty Kay Criswell, and her sister, Barbara Overstreet.
A Graveside service will be held in celebration of her life on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Eastland Cemetery, with Bro. Danny Brown officiating. Friends and family are warmly invited to gather for a visitation on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home Eastland.
