Fred was born on June 27,1944 to Walter Thomas Mitchell & Jeane Elizabeth Hatter
Fred was drafted & proudly served in the United States Navy as a SeaBee and a Boatswain during the Vietnam War. Fred was honorably discharged on June 4,1965.
Fred was a very good cook and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends
Fred’s very best friend was his cat, “Callie”
Fred worked for the Ranger Housing Authority for 23 years as the maintenance supervisor
Fred is survived by his brother Jimmy Mitchell & wife Judy of Wichita Fall, Tx
His sisters Tommie Jeane Lindsey & husband Don of Wichita Falls, Tx
& Annette Simmons & husband Greg of Rowlett, Tx
