Minerva Jimenez, age 53, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015. Holy Rosary was held 7:00pm, Monday, September 28 at Edwards Funeral Home in Strawn lead by Deacon Ruben with a graveside service at 2:00pm Tuesday at Mt. Marion Cemetery in Strawn.
Minerva was born in Eastland, TX, August 24, 1962 to Frederico Jimenez and Esperanza Nunez. She was a graduate of Strawn High School. She loved her family and taking care of her precious grandkids. She also loved sewing and cooking.
She is survived by her only child, a son, Emilio Escobar, two brothers; Freddy Jimenez and Juan Jimenez, four sisters; Linda Spraggins, Ana Martinez, Becky Jimenez and Beatrice Wilson and two grandchildren.
