Rosemary Sebree

November 11, 1944 — November 8, 2025

Rosemary (North) Sebree, age 80, of Cisco, Texas passed away peacefully Saturday Evening, November 8, 2025, surrounded by family that loaved her deeply. She lived a life full of strength, resilience and love. Local arrangements are under the direction of Edward's Funeral Home Eastland.

Born on November 11, 1944, at WM Booth Memorial Hospital in Covington, Kentucky to Mother, Edith Bell (Lee) North and Father, John Daniel North. Rosemary married Harry Leo Sebree, Sr., on March 30, 1961 and had four children.

Rosemary enjoyed watching Nascar with her husband, Harry, along with shopping, watching game shows, talking on the phone with family and friends and enjoyed spending time with her dog.

She was known for her stubborn spirit, the kind of stubbornness that meant she stood firm in what she believed and loved with her whole heart. She made sure everyone around her felt cared for and valued, even if it was delivered in not the easiest way. Her legacy continues through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even great-great-grandchildren.

She leaves behind memories of laughter, stories told with pride, and the comfort of her warm presence. Her family was the center of her world. She loved hard, protected fiercely, and always made space for others, whether through her words or her sometimes listening ear.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Ann Middleton and Blinda Sebree Francis; a son, Michael Sebree; eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, and her loyal pet companion Pasley.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Leo Sebree Sr.; a son, Harry Leo Sebree, Jr.; mother, Edith Bell (Lee) North; father, John Daniel North; sister, Emma Jane North; two brothers, Ronnie and Jhonny North and great-granddaughter, Savannah Stephens.
